It's not like they're illegal to possess in the U.S. without a permit or anything... O wait, they are, so that's why I didn't even pursue the idea. I prefer to stick to legal fish, thank you very much.

scammers suck, my ex roomate left me with tons of creditors constantly annoying my phone, since they dont seem to get the message that i have no way of getting ahold of him, i have recently been forwarding these calls to the numbers listed in this thread, due to me having the maturity of a teenager, and nothing but time on my hands due to a hernia, i will probaly pursue other options of harrassing this person, better buisiness bureau will do nothing, and neither will local law enforcement, only thing you can probaly do is file small claims complaint in the state of his residence, but that will only result in throwing away more money than the whole transaction was probaly worth. I guess i just hate hearing about people like this as i was just recently ripped off on a vehicle i bought, too bad the lemon law doesn't apply to private party sales in my state, anyways you live and you learn.
