he was able to get the fish while his cuz is at work and ship them, but forgot to take pics for us to prove his innocence.

I agree with what krichardson stated. I looked over your for sale thread and this one. Unless, I missed a post or two. I don't think your intentions were to scam, but more on taking "shortcuts" to the sale, i.e. borrowing generic images from the internet. It happens all the time on Craigslist. I didn't see how payment for the shipped prices were to be conducted. If its Paypal, most online scammers will ask for tt wire or bank to bank transfers. If Paypal is the case, I believe these are to be legit "shortcut" sales of yours. Just my opinion to this matter.

Why I consider this a scam?

1) send me fake pictures
2) claim that those arowanas are his (IN NONE OF HIS MESSAGES DID HE SAY THAT THESE PICTURES WERE FOR REFERENCE) - he legitimately said that these arowanas are the one for sale
3) purposely gave me a picture of a PLATINUM arowana so that I would be more interested - all I did was type in platinum arowana into google images and one scroll later I found the EXACT SAME PICTURE
4) sends me a picture of a puny arowana (should have 3 apparently) and says that it is the original one (if so, how come it is so much smaller for than the pictures that he sent me for "reference" )
5) When I asked him purposely when he joined he told me "not too long ago" --> doesn't this seem like shady business? but of course I already knew he joined in January of 2012

Screw voice verification, anybody can do that with a $10 prepaid phone off of walmart's shelf and then ditch it whenever making things untraceable

I'm just trying to watch out for fellow MFK members here
