scared i dont think this tank is good for holding water need a lil help

Yes put 2 tapes at about 0.5cm away from where the 2 panals meet.
Add silicone and use your finger, smear across with your finger to give the flat surface
Remove the tape to get perfectly straight lines.

Wait for about one or two weeks for the silicone to cure.
Then do a leak test again to see if the job is done.

Resealing isn't that big of a project. Just remember that the new silicone will not stick to the old silicone. Take your time and be patient while letting it dry.
