what works best for me is dither fishes that are commonly out and about swimming. good luck and it is nothing to really worry about.

hey man that dither fish thing really works. i now have 7 dats and when i put in 2 of them 99cent albino catfishes their color looks more stable and the swim freely...and the surface to the top to eat. i can hold a cube of blood worms and they eat a couple of bites from me. i was so happy the first time they did!
