what i dont get is why in the hell do they put lights on the front of the tank like that

i dunno i noticed that in a lot of shops here in Hong Kong. They attach the an underwater flourcent light to the inside of the tank. I think they think it stops with dropeye. And t tell u the truth i've rarely seen seen an asian aro here with drop eye
