When you keep large fish they can get scars just from a sudden fright hitting a rock or bit of wood or even a dispute over a bit of the tank. Keep an eye on it see it isn’t getting any worse. And check for Bullying. I see you have a Wolf is he in the same tank?

Scars and scrapes just mean scars and scrapes, ich looks like the fish has been sprinkled with salt crystals.
