Fish Heaven
Madagascar scats, a.k.a. tiger scats are in, all those that want them, please let me know asap, they won't be here long.
I've not seen any retail store in the country with these fish, the only ones you see are old pictures from books.
3-4" range body size. Live arrival guaranteed. These are living in pure freshwater right now. Retail $100.00 each. Quantity orders given, and wholesale welcome.

These are offered exclusively on MFK, you won't find them anywhere else.

Please email me at amazonaq@aol.com

here are some old pictures of smaller ones. To my findings, they were only imported 2 other times in the past, once over 6 years ago, and 2 years ago. Even if you google it, you'll only get a few of the same stock photos.

THose would be awesome in my mini Dat growout tank.. everything in the tank must have yellow and a similar pattern.. how big are they?

Can you give us more info on them?

Max size? Possible tankmates? Diet? They remind me of dats, are they stable or change color? etc.

He already said 3-4 inch range.

Those are AWESOME fish! Can they live their full life in freshwater? What's the personality like? Are they bullies like the Argus?

They're bullies when you have only one. I've had one live in freshwater, not a bit of salt for over 6 years. My friend got one that grew from 3" to 7" disc in 1 year!

They eat anything, plants, pellets, fish, you name it, according to literature, they get to 12" I've never seen one that big, and there is not enough information out there on this fish, nor has anyone kept one that long to say. There are no picture evidence of them at that size. They could get along with anything that's semi fast moving, just not discus and angelfish, get the drift. ?

I would not keep it with fly rivers, stringrays, fancy plecos, as they tend to graze on algae and bottom things.

Their color stays bright yellow as evidence of mine, there is a strain that comes out of the coastal region in Africa that turns purplish stripes, but not as yellow, those are different, but not as attractive as these.

Cool info, thanks! I'm wondering what kind of water they like, and are they hardy or demanding in your experience?
Do you have photos of your large one?
