hi i would like to keep a schoal of fish with my two silver arrows pacu giant gourami any suggestions

Yeah Silver dollers, Tinfoil Barbs, Clown loaches shoal but bare in mind they are bottom dwellers so they'll mainly be on the bottom !

How big are your fish? If they are large than try a couple schools of 20-30 each glowlight and neon tetras> I know it sounds nuts but most very large fish won't bother the tiny ones. I have seen vids of shoals of small tetras swimming around the head of wild aros like pilot fish with a shark, the large predators keep the medium sized ones that would eat the tetras at bay. It looks really cool. Even if some get eaten you are not out much money so you might think it is worth the experiment.

My personal opinion DON'T buy any fish which are small enough to fit in any other larger fishes mouth !
