Did you take this pic after feeding or when you just got it?
If its after I'd defenitely up the feeding regemine.
I have never kept nor seen a ray with a bent tail like yours but I initially assumed that one of the tail bones was probably broken or dislocated. Reason I say that is in the 2nd pic, you can see a lump protruding around were the bend starts which could be a piece of the bone or were the bone on top of it should've been
