normal baby jar nice little fella

jardini

Nice jar

The color of the tail is normal for a bay jardini it will change as it grows. Eyes are normal for a baby jardini as most baby aros do have large eyes. Not sure what headbanger_jib was saying that his doubting if it's a jardini or something else. I though he knows as he said to have experience keeping all the 4 regions. He probably started when the aros are bigger already or never seen a baby jar.

about the ID i wasn't sure because of the tail coloration, as never seen any juvenile jars with that kinda red
i have seen jars @ 2" too but the tail coloration never

and about the size of the eye, do they have that huge eyes even at 4" size :WHOA:

Yes they do. It's usually when they get to 6"+ when the eyes is starting to shrink, but the eyes actually doesn't shrinks but it seems like it as the head get a bit bigger that why it looks like it's getting smaller.

That coloration of tail is normal for baby jars. It will lose that color as it grows.
