any chance of survival if that thing bite you? :o or just gonna be intense pain for awhile?

There are very few reports of death from a centipede bite, and they're usually infants. The pain from the bite is supposed to be comparable to being set on fire however...Not an animal to mess around with...
 
Nice looking pede, I have a subspinipes but it only gets fed roaches.
 
Most 'pede owners I know keep them in pickle jars or similar. Escape-proofness ovr space!
 
I prefer to fed it on roachs, but sometimes i feed on pinkies...
I keep it on a 80 L plastic bow...
It is very docil, i've never been bite. As SimonL said there are very few reports of death from a centipede bite. So don't worry.
 
I keep mine (8") in a 5 1/2 gallon tank. Mine is very aggressive I wouldn't even attempt to handle it.
 
I've never tried to handle it, but when i feed it i don't have problems. It takes the roach gentle of my hand.
