Why? I caught em fishing. I'm not selling em. We are told to report and destroy. I'm actually a fish and game education instructor. If a mod needs to see my credentials I'll post em

Just make sure you don't release them. Some people eat them. But if you throw 1000 fry on the side of a lake they will make it back. Honestly it's a lost cause here in nj. They are in every water way connected to the Delaware river. We actually bow fish for them now. They are getting huge around here

It an unenforced law. If you get caught dropping them in a lake you will be in a lot of trouble. If you catch one and release it if you are lucky you will get a lecture and a warning. but if I scooped 1000 out in 10 mins you can imagine the amount that are out there.
