ill share score of the year with you lol...i wanted a 300, found a 300 from an estate sale, but they never got back to me and didnt leave a number to call so i went with this. but man a 300 wouldve been nice

I picked up an Eheim 2180 Pro III (cheapest price inline is $500) for $50 from Craigslist. Not only that but he had several sets of Eheim o-rings and all brand new media in the canister (I can only imagine what this costs as many trays as are in this and how big they are), extra intake tubes and several boxes of additional new media of all types from bio to mechanical pads and what not... all Eheim OEM. (probably another $300+ just in media) He also threw in a large canister of sinking fish food and some other goodies I wasn't expecting either. Yeah, I was pretty stoked.
Thats awesome...does everyone else that finds a huge score price the stuff in their heads as theyre looking at it and thinking "are they serious" ? lol Or do you think they realize what they have and just want the stuff gone? Or they dont? All I know is I love finding craigslist scores 
Hmm that really doesn't sound like that great of a deal sounds about right for the tank size and the used equipment. I picked up a 60 full set up stand was metal though for 30 and am in the process of setting up the full set up 90 with wood stand for 80 gonna start a thread on it when I get it filled. But still nice score.
To be honest when I was reading what you paid I didn't think it was an awful deal but I didn't think it was worthy of a thread titled "SCORE OF THE YEAR!!!!!!" but if you're happy with the deal you got that's all that really matters. I mean, I got nearly a grand worth of high end Eheim professional filter and accessories for only fifty bucks and didn't feel the need to start a thread about it. Not hating, just trying to play devil's advocate.
It's hard to picture your score too because most of what I see on CL is pretty mediocre at best. Maybe post up some pictures of your score to help us understand what exactly it was you got for $400?

I thought the guy was joking but I guess he didn't really know what he had cuz he gave me everything I need for saltwater as well like 100 pounds of live Rock a protein skimmer

i got a 75g and 48g for free, the 75g was from a old lady down the road and it was in store condition and the 48 was in a shop that went out of business and i heard them say they was going to shoot it for fun then i pretended to think that was really bad and they gave it to me haha
