So I got this free masive piece of acrylic today
i havent measured its exact dimensions yet but
do you think i could make a 30gal tank out of it
has quiet a few scratches though

def could make a 30 easy get some exact measurements so we can see what you can make,you'll be able to take alot of the scratchs out by polishing
