Finally scored some cubans! So far these are the first pics fresh out the scat-filled bag and into the specimen container so I hope you'll pardon the poo.

They're in the grow-out with the F1 R&W citrinellus and V. harwegi. They got tossed in and didn't even spook to a hidey place to recover from their intro shock. They sized up their new tankmates right off the bat. They were flaring and were eating within the first 30 seconds of being added. I'm more excited about them than when I scored a pair of RTM's! Hope I can get a pair as sexy as Gani's old ones, I've been wanting these for eeeeeever! :dance:

Hell no they're not going with the angels. The angels are doing just fine killing eachother, don't need these guys going after them. Just put them in that tank for some quick photos.

Tiki's Fish & Pets in Bellflower.
I saw them at Strictly right after but for the same price I got my nice fat ones they were selling their an inch smaller, skinny and sick with ich and some kind of fungus or Lymphocystis.
Hadn't seen them at any Tong's so far.

I sure hope not. All of them look real nice and had good color. I noticed that I couldn't make out anything in them that would differentiate between sexes. I asked for two larger and two smaller, that usually gets me at least one of each in fish I can't visually sex yet but after looking at their goods I'm pretty sure I have one female. We'll see how they grow. I'm really excited. Now I have no choice but to add one more 6' tank. Just don't know where it's going yet.
