Scored a new acrylic tank - couple questions

I'm not sure I would trust some of those seems, for my piece of mind I would tip and pour the corners with Weld On #40

at laserbits.com they sell a applicator kit for weldon, basically like a surenge(sp) work perfect for re-doing the seams. and ya get weldon#4

Chances are the #4 will not penetrate the joint enough to add any structural integrity to the joint. The #40 however with the tip and pour, will fill the inside corners and is basically creating a new joint. You could use the #4 first and follow up with the #40.
