I've had many bouts with ich over the last few months, it all cleared up about 4 months ago. But today I noticed my flower horn itching I don't see any other signs such as white spots and all other fish are fine, what shall I treat it with salt and heat ?? Or maybe some anti internal parasite.

Flashing can be a symptom of both internal and external parasites. Aquarium salt/heat would be my 1st course of action. Watch it for a few days to see how it does. In the early stages of ich it is often not visable.

Well I went outcome home and see a few dots of ich really pd off thought I had got rid of it all will treat with salt and give the gravel a real good clean.
