I know its suppose to be state-of-the-arts but seriously I'm freaking pissed with the FX5 45° aquastop valve.
The weird angle makes it a total PITA to remove in small enclosed area, like an aquarium cabinet.
I busted 2 of my fingers trying to turn and pull the stupid valve (yes I did press the orange part). It still refuses to come off.
And when it came off, I busted the o-rings at the connection. GREAT! Why can't they have quick-remove valves like Eheim? Anybody know of any MOD (highly doubt so) of totally replacing those valve with others?
I know most of you have large tanks where space below the tanks are very large. The valves can be easily removed.
But for people like me with small cabinets, those valve are a PITA.
