I think if you put a 200 gallon glass tank, filled up with water it'll eventually be on the first floor.......... water and/or tank/stand, not sure in which order! That is a lot of weight, even on a load bearing wall. If you're ENTERTAINING putting that much water upstairs, at least have it be in an acrylic tank......... my $.02.
