  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Seaclone's are worthless I wouldn't use a seaclone if you gave it to me and said i'll give you 10,000 dollar's to use it on one of your tank's go with ASM, or a more reputable brand like corallife.

I had one when I first started and it did work, but not all that great. It will work somewhat but you can definitely do much much better

i got mine to work about 50% better by putting an airline check valve on it with no adjuster...just the check valve and it has been working great....just my 2 cents

Yeah its definitely not the best thats IS for sure, kinda funny that the one i bought off ebay for 29$ (just for ****s and giggles) works a helluva lot better than my seaclone... made me laugh for the rest of the day..

I had an old Seaclone that was just laying around, so I put it on my 55 g reef tank, which already had an Aqua-C Remora (around $150-160 if you can find a deal on-line). The Remora continued to pull out gunk, while the Seaclone did hardly anything. If a Seaclone is the only skimmer on the tank, it will work, but rest assured it is leaving a lot of stuff in the water!! Save your money for something that works. (CPR Bak-Pak, Aqua-C Remora)
