Searching for the perfect bottomfeeder.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yeah, I don't have any experience keeping them with big or mean stuff. Mine is currently with a spotted raphael catfish and a 4" peacock eel, so nothing major.

bumbleebee catfish i love mine he cleans the bottom up nice of excessive food that lays around and hell eat his weight in waste and get bout 6 inchs big i think also theyll defend themselves like no other catfish and theyre pretty idk just a thought

small bumblebee catfish are cool when it gets bigger 6in, it might gulp the rtbs

everyones suggestions are great...hopla cats, cories, bristle nose.. also a synodontis cat may be a nice active addition... mine scurry everywhere cleaning up every morsel that they can find..just get the smaller variety...their are many types of synodontis..

I have a single cory cat and he is busy busy busy all day. constantly looking for something to eat. Hes a hard worker!!

I have 3 Silver dollars and 1 red tailed black shark
But I want a bottomfeeder that actually cleans to help
the cleanliness of my tank however since Im fairly new
to bigger tanks (I have a 55g previously only had 10 gallon
and such tiny tanks) I want to keep it to something simple..

any favorites? or suggestions?

Guess what the best bottom cleaner is?......................... you:headbang2
