yea JD it took me a while to start sniping with my daiwa baitcasters, now its a piece o' cake
if your fishing from shore i would suggest investing in a Square back canoe with a trolling motor
it will make fishing a whole lot more fun, that is one of the setups i have on my private lake
if you are casting into heavy veg from shore, im assuming the veg comes all the way to the shoreline, thus the chances of you landing a bass is notr in your favor ,
