Seeing movement!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo

Here is my Male "Bruce" showing his fully mature claspers. He is roughly 10 inches now. And has only been mature for the last 6 months.

And here is Tundra.....I have no idea how far along she is but I noticed movement in her back side roughly 50-55 days ago. Her and Bruce have been seperated now for going on 8 weeks.

Can't really see the movement much anymore, The pup has gotten too big to move around much in her. I will try but she spends a majority of her time hiding in the sand right now.

Thanks for the pics! I didn't realize he was only 10" How big is tundra? So you think there is only one pup in there? Are you planning on removing the pup after birth or just dividing it out? It's going to be so tiny!

Yeah she is alot bigger than he is she is between 12 and 13 and he is right around 9-10 inches. I can't get a video at all! My camera is just not set up to do it I took video of her swimming around, but for trying to see movement my camera just is not clear enough. When and if the pup/pups arrive I am going to leave them in the big tank where Tundra is at now and I will move Tundra back over to the big part of the tank. When and if Bruce knocks her up again then I will have her switch places with the pups when I know she is getting close. Which now I know can be a long ass time! I am so beyond getting anxious for her to have them! I have heard from other people that I can expect the pups to be between 2.5-3 inches when they are born. Wish there were others that could clue me in on what to expect with the pups of a reticulated.
