Seeking info on Flowerhorns

I have recently purchased 3 juvenile flowerhorns. 2 of them were purchased together and I believe they both are male. The 3rd was purchased alone and I think it may be female.

Could anyone please view my pics and possibly help me with the sex of the my Flowerhorn? Also, if you see anything that may be a clue as to what type of Flowerhorn it may be?

Not looking for any ugly or mean comments. They weren't purchased as 'show quality'.

looks like a zz, possible zzmalau. black in the dorsal generally says female, but this is not always the case.

Thanks for the info. I'm so anxious to know what they're going to grow to be. They have the greatest personalities.

Don't they though. I love that about FH. People always so oscars have that puppydog personality and I think FH's are better. Anyway I like your fish, they look good. Look like they could be some nice Red Dragon ZZs or some ZZMalau. All you can do is feed them right and watch them grow.
