I have been using Seachem Stability for 3 days and I haven't seen any measurable ammonia or nitrite yet. Of course, the fish look tiny in the tank and I sure don't have much of a bioload.

thanks for the compliments. I'll get some new pix when I get my sump going. Only difference right now is that I put my 8" NGT in there.


When I move it to its permanent location, I'm planning on skinning and staining it.

stock is going to be 5 Cichla from 4.5-7.5" for now and then a Leiarius pictus, jardini and then I'm not sure what else besides my 7 cichla when they get large enough (they are only 2-3" right now). I think I'm also going to put my 10" Atabopo Fire Pike and 8" NGT in there for a little while until I starve my Cichla to get them off live (the other two are being picky right now, too)

Hope you decide to go through with this one. Would really be cool to see if jardinis can get along with pbass in a large enough enclosure.

oh, I will for sure. I just need to get my pbass eating dead foods consistently as I don't want the jar to eat much live. It's living w/ a bunch of other fish right now.
