Pond Armor costs $75 for 60 square feet of coverage at 10 mil thickness, the Rustoleum would be $80 to $120 for the same coverage, and probably not nearly as thick.

I can see where it might be good for certain applications, but I think using a rattle-can to spray a monster plywood tank wouldn't be that fun.
 
Most Rustoleum products are not designed for continuous immersion. (This is per their website under their FAQ.) Notice that it does not suggest it's use in anything where water will sit for extended times.
