seen a motoro like this?

I've seen such a motoro in a German zoo. They breed motoro (parents are normal orange spotted) and one of the pups looked like that:

its not mine i got a pup thats spouse to look like that righit now its not much diffrent from a regular aside from white dots in the center of the orange think it will devolpe? maybe it will carry genes that will produce pups like that ?
