Well thats the problem... When he was first in the tank he went down like the whole time. but i dont kno if he can now he got under the filter and it pushed him down but he floated back up. He eats like crazy. the only things weird are he floats alot and he has a red mark on his side wich is blood. but hes not bleeding.

i dont really kno what bloated is but hes not fat. and a pic would be kinda hard to get. he is 2" and the red mark is 3-5mm across he looks much better today. he eats like crazy. he is swimming on the top still but a day after i got him he just sat there.I think he will be fine.
