1. You apparently have never seen what a GOOD/IDEAL snake set-up looks like.

2. I have been keeping boa's and pythons for the better part of 20 years......the snake is living in poor conditions and is UNDER WEIGHT. Sorry you cant tell the difference.

3. Nice HEALTHY "normal" dault BP's usually sell for $75-$100 in a shop. NO WAY I would pay more than $35 for that one.

4. Life is OBVIOUSLY not good for that snake. :(

5. I agree with the other people that said "donate" it to someone that could get it back to decent condition.

Things are not as apparent as they seem..

Hope you and your critters have a nice Holiday.

Your best bet would be to donate it to a shelter or someone who does education programs. We may have bare tanks for our fish, but herps need substrates. Also, herps don't belong in fish tanks, fish belong in fish tanks. With that being said, put the herp in a herp cage and put the fish in that tank. Sorry Chompers, but your brother isn't going to get anything for that snake because it just isn't healthy. I don't know how it could shed, the humidity is most likely very, very low.

Z trip...:chillpill:

I agree those are terrible conditions for that BP and it deserves much better, but the snake is not his, and he just wants to sell it so he can have the tank. he is not responsible for the abuse. think before you flame.

I agree with most of these folks in that you're going to have a tough time selling it, and you'd be best off giving it to a herp shelter where they can rehabilitate it.
