Rallysman...., can you tell me about this pump?
I am not familiar with it...

That price, flow, and warranty seems hard to beat

what price ???

also what is the application ?? ..... this pump moves a lot of water at low back pressure or low lift.
Link above for price. I'm going to use it to filter my 125 and 300 on my 100g rubbermaid sump. Right now it's running on a quiet one 9000 which flows plenty, but it's unreliable and loud.

Did you compare shipping cost? One place could be $50 and the other $20 for shipping.

Never ordered from aquariumguy.com.But i am minutes from TFP.

Sent you a pm.

I'll definitely check into shipping costs as well. Thank you for your help! I appreciate it.

I will sell you mine for $150.00 and we can cut out all this price stuff. It's been used for 2 months, but you'll have to wait a few weeks.

I can't wait. I have to have it next week. I can only hope the Q1 lasts that long. It's running on borrowed time. Why do you want to sell yours?

Thanks john, I went ahead and ordered the dart though. I hope everything I've read about it is true lol.

its should be trouble free.... put it on a soft piece of rubber to help with any noise

Oil-Resistant Neoprene Vibration-Damping Pads at www.mcmaster.com $10 for example

Unfortunately, it's 1 1/2" inlet & 2" outlet and my ocean clear canisters only accept 3/4" so it's like 300-500gph at that size. Kind of a waste.
Figured I'd switch over to a 3/4" or 1" inlet/outlet pump at like 1200gph and probably end up with 800-900 after pulling through/pushing through both ocean clear canisters.

The alternative use for for an outside pond or a breeding setup in my garage, but neither are really in my plans for the next couple of weeks.

Good luck with whatever you decide! :headbang2

Rob

PS - mine is solid mounted on wood (hollow underside) and I barely get a hum from it. It has mounting tabs on both sides to secure it and a clip in the rear area.

Have you tried Sanford & Son Salvage? Ask for Lamont (Fred just sleeps in a bathtub all the time).

I think I've made up my mind that I want to get a Sequence Dart pump. Tell me if I shouldnt.

Should I get the pump from Thatfishplace.com, or aquariumguys.com

Aquarium guys is cheaper, but I want to go with whoever is more reliable.

Thanks in advance (if you know a better place, please tell me)

Good decision ;)
