I personally don't think it's that hard to post a price and/or location for that matter (and the rule isn't that lame) .... if you're looking for best offers/bids then put it on Ebay. As a buyer I'd like to get a price point to see where to start from, that way it's not an insulting offer. Everyone wants a deal but sometimes people can get ridiculous on their offers. Good Luck on the sale, it's a nice setup.
