sending mangrove seeds?

does anyone know if it's posible to send mangrove seeds to Holland

in florida for example, mangroves grow by the coast and there are losts of seeds just on the beach.
and over here it's almost imposible to get them.
is it posible for someone over there to send them by post to Holland?
or is it illegal?

ive collected them and sent them up north,but not over seas.
i dont think you cant mess with mangroves in fl tho.
unless there on your land,i think.
ebay has them also,but kinda pricey.

ya they are a little harder to get up here 10 bucks for a 10" stem with roots here is agood price if we can find them. MAybe you should sell me some and send them up... you had to know that was comming..
