The tank they were in had a 5" high wood frame on top and the water was 2" below that. On top of the tank was plastic eggcrate. He either hit it hard enough to knock aside, or hit a hole just right. In 10 years, that one bluegill was the only fish to make the 7" jump.

Ok so I will do this and see how it goes, also how many cichirs do you hink I could put in the 55 also? I'd like to get a trio but I've never had sens before so I dont know what the stocking limit is.
