Hello all, now i assume that the above combonation will end with one tubby Bichir but that would all depend on size right? Say if the Bichir was only 3-4 inches and the ADF was about 1-2 inches would they cohabitat OK? or even if the ADF was too big to eat would the Bichir continuously eat at or pick on the ADF? Thanks!

I actually kept some small senegal with dwarf frogs no problem. However if they can fit in his mouth they are great bichir bait. The only live food beside worms I have fed my endli's is ADF :)

even if it cant eat it it may kill it my sen killed a tadpole he had no chance of eatn he jus swam around wit it n his mouth haha

now i cant remember were i saw it but on this site i saw ppl with very large african clawed frogs with large bichirs. if anyone knows wat im talkin bout that would be great.

I just bought a couple of ADF's for my 'African' tank, (only 2 Kribensis, the others are Bichirs and a knife).

I have a feeling as soon as my Senegal FINDs the frog that keeps landing on him, the frog's gonna become a meal...He's been 'caught' twice while I was watching, but those frogs are pretty quick when they wanna be! I have like 5 glass shrimp in there too that seem to be living a life on the run too!!

ADF , GS = food for bichirs and one happy fat bichir.. :D

Hoping for that with the shrimp, but man it's been 3 weeks and no loss... crazy!

I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but that's like keeping a drunk college kid with a bag of chips.
