Once my Senegal grows another couple of inches, up to 7-9" or so, I plan on feeding it dwarf frogs as occasional treats. Right now the only live foods it gets regularly are Ghost Shrimp and Random Tetras.
Senegal Bichir and African Dwarf Frog together?

The 2 ADF I put into the tank 2 weeks ago lasted one night! Poof gone, no fat bellied Bichir or nothing, just missing frogs.. The Ghost Shrimp...Still there! What I've found is that the shrimp that are still around stay up on the ornaments and rocks, that way the Bichir's never stumble onto them...
this combo will not last long, Sens have an apetite that has not limits. Might View him as a buddy for a while, but one day he WILL get a hunger and that frog will have to tuck it's head between it's legs haha
Bichirs NATURALLY EAT ADF in the WILD so your giving them a fantastic al natural treat....I've thought about getting a breeding collection in my 180gal lots of places for them to hide
