I have one, and hes one of the more personable and intelligent fish Ive ever owned. Mines always very inquisitive watching everything I do to his tank. They're a neat 'oddball' fish for a tank because unlike many of the larger polys they're fairly active, and unlike most freshwater eels they don't usually hide. I'd recommend one obviously but would depend to whether you think they look neat, and whether or not you have any fish in you tank they could swallow. Also bear in mind bichirs and 'cleaning' fish like plecos don't mix well. ( I don't know what he'd be sharing the 75 with)
