Senegal Dropsy?

When my catfish was constipated I tricked him into eating pea by wrapping it in a piece of lunch meat. This aided greatly in digestion.

He's slimmed down a lot. I've cut feedings in half and I really haven't seen him eat. Maybe just took some time to pass something lol.
