It's normal for them. Most upper jaw bichirs develop that as they mature.

My sens and laps have lots of bright green markings. IME, the more natural light or intense light, (MH), they get, the brighter the green gets.

that's why when people use flash to take pics of bichirs that has some intrinsic green color, the green gets intensified, and shows up more than when you look at it in person.
