They are definately both senegals.
Looks like breeding behaviour. Someone was probably lonely.

Thanks for the thoughts! Im gonna have to go with this. He won't leave her alone. Never attacking her, just constant touching. Kinda feel bad for her lol. He hasnt twitched like this since that night. And water peramiters are perfect.
