I have one of my four albino Senegal's separated from the other three. This has got to be the toughest fish that I own! It was removed, because I believed that it had died from a water change. It swam up into the gravel vacuum and got stuck during a siphon. It's head had actually changed shape to cylindrical from being sucked out!

I threw the "dead" albino bichir into my RBP tank hoping not to let the unfortunate death be a total waste and provide food! The next day, I noticed that the Bichir was not in the same position in the tank as when it was dropped in, and it was not "bitten up". I watched for a while and noticed that it still had life in it.

I quickly removed it from the RBP tank and placed it into the tank that is is now in with the Convict. Wow what a tough fish!
