Did you remove some of the decor yet?
No, I didn't have the time to last night. I'm going to today when I get off work. and then the monitoring shall begin lol

Any idea what happened to the endli ? Sen a suspect ?
Sound like you sen claimed the whole tank as its territory, especially if it tried to nip a cichlid. To be completely honest I have no clue because as soon as i put him in the tank he went behind the log in a spot where i couldn't see him. I probably could have inspected them more before I put them in the tank. but I feel like I would have noticed during the initial inspection of them I looked them over for a good 4-5 minutes.
and the teug is completely tolerant of everyone. I mean last night the one with the missing fin was lying on top of him in one of the corners of the tank and the teug seemed content.
The only fish in this tank that has showed me signs of aggression so far is the sen. could it have been the other endli? I don't know but I haven't seen any aggression from him so far. and the cichlids have never bothered the polys at all if anything i think the sen tried to nip at the smaller texas cichlid..
Best solution everSolution? More polys
I'm still going to try a couple of things before I give up but like I said earlier, I'll give him until Tuesday barring any significant aggression or if I believe he's not going to let up. but all in all I have more invested in the other guys and they're more appealing to me. I have to choose the safety of 3 polys (expensive ones at that) over 1 who just being a jerk...
Solution? More polys
If it comes to that I agree, the sen should be removed. The others should not be continually in fear of aggression. Stress, injuries, infections etc are sure to follow.
