In my tank i have only mopani woods & all off my panaque eat them!!

Im not sure about this but I think Mopani are way too tough for them to chump on. Malaysian probably is better.

You can also give them a cucumber
You can use a Skewer or just Tie them to a small rock
You can also use the same Plunger that hold your heater or your filter tube, to hold down the veggie's
