Three interpretation:

1. Meaning.
2. Meta-no such thing as a fact is a fact and therefore false, thus: facts exist; or this sentence is false but the meaning is true anyhow; or this sentence is false and the meaning is false (fiction).
3. Definition (depends on what you call a fact (language-in-use).

It depends how specific you wanna be, ground is below our feet, what about trees on the sides of cliffs and in water, just a thought

Fact is what we believe to be true and Fiction is what we believe to be untrue.

For example;

-The sun orbits around the Earth

-The Earth is flat

-The Earth orbits around the Sun

-The Earth is sphere shaped

All the above statements were true, but now only two are. Facts change. How you deside if true is true just depends if you wish to look at it from, a rational point of view or a philosophical point of view.

Sometimes, my thoughts are less thoughtful. Sometimes, I drive persons insane with my analysis of words and meanings. Depends on my mood or level of lathargy or the goal at hand. Different behaviors for different goals, moods, chicks. I need chicks.
