idk where your getting a 1200$ diy project from, but it'd be much cheaper to make it, just more time consuming.

dont forget the shipping charges for when you buy it.

on another note..

wonder how much the 48X36X27 200 GALLON cost.
 
The setup for the 300 gallon stand and tank here @ big al's if I remember correctly was around 1500

1.00 a gallon sale usually only applys to standard tanks up to 55g's.. So probably no..

Our first 300 is coming in this week I think. Yeah, the retail for the tank, stand and glass tops is up around $2500. Marineland has not sent us a set price list for the "Deep Dimension Corner-Flo Aquariums " yet, but I will post it when I get it.
 
I have seen the 300 and stand. The tank is nice. Has anybody else noticed that the stand looks very weak?
 
I think all stands you can buy look weak. They'll hold a tank up though.

never understood that, the stand they had for sale with my 150 tall was so cheaply built, but the store had one set up have had it set up for awhile now with no probls, back to the topic at hand, where are all you guys seeing these tanks?? this is the first ive even heard of them before
