the pix arent just amateur pix. i have seen pix on these fish sites that are better than anything in the big hobby magazines. i know that people are out there who would like to sell them in books or magazines or just to people writing articles about them online. stock photography is big business man.

its a little scary that you think so little of your members dude..... without us you have no site! i want to stick around and be a part of mfk but i wish you would treat me with dignity when i ask a serious question...... :(

rallysman people like the riaa sue computer addresses all the time without knowing who they really are for downloading illegal music........ why couldnt anyone else do the same thing??

and redtailfool ive been a 'lurker' for a couple months now.... just got around to making an account cuz im upgrading my tanks. you know how that is..

delgado its just weird that ive never seen that kind of agreement at any other hobby forum.... thats why i dont think it is standard legalese and i just want to know why its there and if possible to have it removed for the benefit of everybody

i mean what if in a couple of years when this site is the most popular on the internet they want to make a compilation photo album and they use your pix and dont pay you for them?? just because it might not sell now doesnt mean that it wont sell in the future...... i mean people invest in things that dont make money all the time - they are called loss leaders.............
 
if you look at the people replying to your thread weve been here for awhile and have had no problem here we all love this site if you dont like it and want your dignity and you have such a problem with all this just ask to have your account closed and leave its that simple.
