I've noticed how many times ap has been mentioned is there a reason why your so well versed on agreements or is it a hobby seems like awfull waste of time..

Let me bring up another thing, the owner of this site has pumped enough $ here to buy a brand new car. No more no less.. bring on the accountants if there are any doubters. All he wants is a fresh new fish site to get users posting.
MFK has not asked for a single cent from anyone, and most of the members here have gotten good stuff in return, from stickers to big ticket fish .. .ALL FOR FREE.
Clearly the "real" members here will appreciate that fact. Other members with other motives wouldnt care.
Im putting up a challenge to you , Iscariot .. find me a buyer for all the pics ive uploaded here ... let me know once youve found a buyer and i will take all ive said back. Other than that, MFK has the right to protect itself.

You ask about why they put online and offline when it comes to photots etc.
Well if you go publish your work in a book and decided to remain annoymus (I dunno how to spell that word sorry) or you sign it like mfk's claiming the work and then you also have the picture on this site, you can just go say that mfk posted it in the book and again sue them for money. If they dont have that term up there, then you win, but because they do - you cant go do that. Its just covering there butt for situations people might come up with. That or I am just the only weirdo who can think of what people would do... o__o
As for the free raffels:
Again they dont get the money from outside and stealing pictures. Its money that is hard earned from admins that they put into this site to keep it going. Some of the stuff given away in raffles are either fish that are donated for the raffel or paid out of pocket by the admin or mod who is doing the raffel. Like I have some fish that I may not be able to keep and other members might want, being a mod I could always ask if I can donate it for a raffel instead of selling it and then pay for the shipping fees so then I know that my fish has a good home (thats one example).

i think it is interesting that all of the staff here just accuse me of putting down the site for asking this question.... all i really want is a promise from the top dog that he/she wont ever use what we post without getting our permission first.
and its not standard legalese.... i used to have a vbulletin forum and it didnt say that when you installed it.. it has been added..
