something funny that happened to me involving someone with no idea about computers...

I was on a music/video download site and in the top right hand corner there was an ad for penis enlargement pumps/pills etc.... my mate( who has been on the net probably twice in his life) walks into the room and blurts out " PENIS ENLARGEMENT, WHAT YOU LOOKING UP THAT FOR?" My parents were in the next room..... I just hope my parents hear me say its an ad not a webpage

I hate all the spam email I get. Thing is I get all the penis enlargement, dating, porn emails and my husband gets stuff like free chocolates, Body Shop coupons, the girly stuff

I'll admit, I don't want my DH looking at porn on the computer. He ran up a $1000 phone bill and $100's more on credit cards, so I just can't trust him. It's like he sees boobies and common sense goes out the window, he forgets all about viruses in downloads and stuff. But before the huge bills, I really didn't care. Not like I've never visited a site or two.

I also have two kids to worry about. My daughter and her friend logged on once after he got off the computer and the home page was changed to some college girls getting a facial, if you know what I mean. Try explaining that to a 9 year old girl, not to mention the friends mom called me up and wanted to know just what we use our computer for!
