Most of the snakeheads in the U.S are ''Cobra snakeheads'' but you will also find the Giant Snakehead

It sounds so wierd, just one chinaman realesed these fish and now they can be found everywhere in USA :S ...Almost.
Well I have a question to you guys, What happens if someone go and catch this fish in some lake or something in USA and then take it home and starting to keep the snakehead in a tank.
Will the keeper pay a fine if someone see that he's keeping a snakehead or will he/she be arrested?
