Yeah I understand that I had 4 rbp in my 55 gallon down to two now and am looking into getting a Serra. Would a rhom be able to stay in a 75 or 90 for life?

i hope you do better planning with your next fish then you did with the 4 RBP in a 55. the problem with elongs being inactive is they're embush predators with a streamline body that suggest speed. they just hide, sit and wait and use the element of surprise to attack. not exactly your oscar type personality

I got them when they were the size of dimes everyone expects cannibalism in juveniles. Do you happen to know the growth rate for elongs. Is it simmilar to other serras?

i would expect them to be extremely slow but i don't know anyone myself that has experience. everyone i've seen seems to be at their max growth when they're for sale

I used to have an Elong, he was a nasty little ****er. Used to chase me up and down his tank, and feed from the water level.

All depends on the fish, like some say. Some are really nasty, others are the total oppopsite.
