This conversation is on a public forum buddy. Not like I had to wire tap your phone or anything. It is also not an opinion that ANY fish will never grow 1 inch overnight, that is simply a fact. Not trying to start an argument, just trying to clarify why you would state something like that on a forum where people really know their species of fish.

I'm not here stating whether or not you guys may or may not know what your talking about but what i would say is I'm pretty knowledgeable about this Serrasalmus Elongatus species alone and been doing research on this particular fish for sometime now thanks, that's all fellas.

Ram, that's a very nice fish and I can tell you're proud of it - rightly so.
No doubt you are certain you measured right, but please take a step back and realize that 1 inch over night is impossible for a juvenile Serra, as emaciated as it might have been when you got it. You mentioned that jp's comments are "fictional until proven fact" - think about that for a minute, and you will realize that the same applies to your statement...
Lastly, it's no way to tell a mod to "bug off". jp enjoys considerable respect amongst fellow members and mods for his knowledge of piranhas. You stepped over the line ...
Let's leave it at that and move on.
